Our Library Wine Selections

On the nose there are notes of cherry, raspberry and pepper. This wine has a silky texture and cherry, raspberry, sun kissed cranberry, sage, thyme, black & white pepper on the palate. It finishes with vanilla with smooth tannins.

On the nose this wine shows developing fruit notes cranberry, raspberry, cherry, cherry blossom, vanilla and nutmeg. The palate is intensely concentrated showing sun dried raspberry, cherry and unripe plum skin laced with herbal notes of thyme, rosemary, sage and herbs d'provance. This continues into the finish where you get vanilla bean, slight mushroom notes, earthy underbrush that finish with cinnamon stick, shaved nutmeg and perfect acidity. 

Garnett hues with fine transparency give off aromas off Bing cherries, dried cranberries and a touch of a dusty saddle.  The nose lingers with hints of spice such as; fennel, anise and vanilla.  The subtle earthiness of this wine is complemented by the generous amount of silky red fruits.   This wine finishes long and dry showing great pinosity the entire way through.  

Aromas of quince, caramel and toast are apparent on the nose.  Crisp green apple and baking spice give a wonderfully smooth and refreshing mouth feel, followed by a chalky minerality on the finish that both cleanses the palette and leaves you wanting more!
