Our first emphasis in winemaking is to produce wines that show the flavor of the land, what the French call, Terroir. Secondly, we choose to make wines that show typicity, wines that are varietally correct in character (i.e. how much a Pinot Noir tastes like a Pinot Noir). The combination of these two philosophies are the backbone of Beauregard Wines.
At Beauregard Vineyards our focus is in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel all grown on our Estate Vineyards in Bonny Doon, California.

A dense, concentrated carmine red in the glass; this cabernet shows wonderful complexities. Strawberries and notes of dried fig are evident. Currants, Skeena Cherries and a noticeable black plum flavor give this wine a fleshy mid-palate. The well integrated tannins have a hint of fine Beauregard Ranch dust.
Saddle leather, dark cured tobacco, vanilla bean and nutmeg right upfront. Reminiscent of Brunello di Montalcino’s finest; (though not Sangiovese!) this Cabernet offers gorgeous dark cherry and dried field strawberry fruit, coupled with young fresh herbs and straw on the palate. Light, pleasant tannins balance well with the light to medium acidity to deliver a Cabernet that is food-friendly, yet elegant enough to drink on its own. A jewel of the Santa Cruz Mountains!
One of our most exclusive wines from the Beauregard Ranch. Our only production of Cabernet Sauvignon.
