Our first production of méthode champenoise sparkling wine is here! We want to thank you for your support and we appreciate your patronage to make this release possible.
We are excited to release one of the only estate grown, produced, and bottled sparkling wines coming from the Santa Cruz Mountains. Available is the 2010 Brut Nature Rosé from Bald Mountain Vineyard and the 2013 Brut Nature Blanc de Blanc from Bald Mountain Vineyard.
280 cases were produced. Our first disgorgement is already sold out. We are preparing our next 30 cases of each now. Only 15 cases are still available.
