Sparkling Rosé Three Pack

Three bottles 40% off
2024 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir
Here's a bit about the wine's journey from vineyard to bottle:
The adventure began at 2 AM on September 10th at Coast Grade Vineyard. We picked the fruit in the cool of the night under the stars, even witnessing a Starlink launch! Each bin of fruit was carefully transported to the winery by tractor. By dawn, the first drops of juice were being pumped into a chilled tank, and fermentation kicked off two days later. I allowed the fermentation to go slowly to bring out more secondary aromatics. The wine aged in a concrete egg for six months before being transferred to our Charmat tank. I love using the Charmat method for sparkling wine because it allows us to retain the purity of flavors from the vineyard without secondary yeast notes, and I can precisely adjust the CO2 bubbles.
The flavors of this Pinot Noir are true to its varietal. The light pressing results in a pale color, and the early season harvest contributes to a refreshing acidity. The coastal fog is amplified, as sparkling wines tend to show more terroir than still wines. On the palate, you'll find a distinct minerality that points to the famous soils of Coast Grade: Felton Sand with Limestone bedrock.
Making sparkling wine is a labor of love, and the process involves three times the work and nearly double the cost inputs compared to still wines. Despite that, it's incredibly satisfying to create a product that brings so many smiles.
Enjoying the tail end of summer with a sparkling Rosé is truly a wonderful experience.
Cheers,
Ryan
