Hints of violet, dried sage and plum come together on the nose with a distinct salinity from the coastal fog that sits on the grapes. Cherry, fig, strawberry and light earthiness are present on the palate. With bright acidity, soft tannins and lingering spice on the finish.
Bright, fresh red berries-cherry, cranberry, strawberry-and leather open this wine, which leads into hints of cherry, strawberry, plumb, delicate spice and vanilla. The finish is smooth and dry with great acid and soft tannin.
This Opaque and dark purple syrah leads into expressions of black and blue berry preserves intermingled with notes of herbs de Provence and Corrilitos smoked meats. This wine shows an immense savory mouth feel loaded with black berry, black cherry and stewed plums all surrounded by lavish vanillin’s and a touch of toasty oak.
