Chardonnay Wine Selection
This wine very drinkable and refreshing now yet will continue to develop in a positive direction for another 2-3 years, the wines peak should be about 2018-2020.
The nose is gently perfumed with notes of white flowers, honeysuckle, yellow apple, meyer lemon, stirred lees, raw hazelnut, a touch of oyster shells and wet white rocks. The palate is medium-plus in body, with a touch of oiliness, with a refreshing acidity which frames the wine perfectly.
The aromas on the nose show delicate notes of white flowers, yellow apples, unripe asian pear, yellow melon peel, lemon curd and crushed stones. The palate is medium in body with fresh flavors of lemon peel, kaffir lime, green apple, lees with a slight hint of oak spice in the background.
The nose has aromas of asian pear, white flowers, honey, lemons blossoms, crushed stones, hazelnut and stirred lees, The palate is medium bodied, medium plus in acidity with similar flavors to the nose along with bright citrus notes, crushed white stones, and a touch of an oyster shell note on the finish.
This Chardonnay is expressive of the Beauregard Ranch's unique terrior with aromas of Asian pear, jasmine, stone fruit and brioche. The flavors of nectarine, cashew butter, light spice and papaya come together to delight the senses. In the finish tropical flavors reemerge with hints of mango and honeydew for a lushious finish with balanced acitidy.
Bright green apple with floral notes on the nose give way to pineapple, cream & honeydew. A finish of lingering oak, cinnamon that's crisp and clean.
Apple, peach, pear, lemon, lime and white floral notes that are complimented by vanilla, pineapple, caramel and a finish of rich baking spices.
The wine displays a very reserved nature that blends apples, stone fruits of peach, pear and nectarine, vanilla oil spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom.
