We are no strangers to this here at the winery but we have truly outdone ourselves this time by partnering up with the experts at Cream and the Crop Cheese Selections of San Franciscoto bring you a seated tasting exploring this delicious kinship. Why does a mineral driven Chardonnay pair so well with triple cream brie? What cheese should you get to go with your Beauregard Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon? We will explore all the possible combinations of flavors by matching tannin, acidity, and the complexity of wine with the buttery, bloomy, sharp and funky characteristics of cheese.
