Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This wine explodes on the nose with intense concentration showing notes of caramel apple, Crème brûlée notes mixed with baked yellow apple and sun kissed lemon/lime skin. On the palate this intensity continues with oak influence of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon and browned butter notes that mix with over ripe stone fruits of peach, pear and nectarine. The finish is rich and creamy showing delicate honeysuckle with incredible limestone concentration and amazing acidity.
