Do I need a reservation for Beauregard Vineyards?
For parties of 1 to 5, reservations are not required, though walk-ins are accommodated based on available space. Groups of 6 or more require advance reservation so we can prepare the right table, timing, and hospitality setup. Table placement is based on availability.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Walk-ins are welcome for parties of 1 to 5 when space is available. Groups of 6 or more require advance reservation so the tasting room team can prepare for your visit.
What are the tasting room hours?
The tasting room is open from 10 AM to 5 PM. The last tasting flight is served at 4:30 PM, and bottle sales continue until 5 PM. Tuesday visits are by appointment only.
How long does a wine tasting usually take?
Most tastings last about 60 to 90 minutes. Larger groups, hosted experiences, food pairings, and private tastings may take longer depending on the reservation.
Can I reserve a specific table?
Table requests are welcome, but specific table placement is not guaranteed. Seating depends on weather, staffing, group size, and the day’s reservation flow.
Do you host groups, corporate events, or private wine tastings?
Yes. Beauregard hosts group visits, private wine tastings, corporate gatherings, and small-format events for groups of 6 or more. Advance reservation is required so the team can plan the right table, timing, wines, and hospitality setup. We do not host weddings, wedding ceremonies, or wedding receptions.

No. Beauregard Vineyards does not host weddings, wedding ceremonies, or wedding receptions. We focus on wine tastings, group visits, winery events, corporate gatherings, and small private experiences.

What to bring and what to leave at home

Are dogs allowed at Beauregard Vineyards?

We all love dogs here, but pets are not allowed at the winery. We kindly ask that you leave them at home for your visit. Trained service animals are always welcome as required by law.

Are children allowed at the winery?
Children may visit with their family, but adults must accompany and supervise children at all times. Beauregard is a working winery and alcohol-service space, so children should remain with their group and respect other guests.
Can I bring outside food or snacks?
Small snacks and modest outside food are allowed. Please keep your table tidy, avoid large catering-style setups unless approved in advance, and take all personal items with you when you leave.
Can I bring outside alcohol?
No. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Guests may enjoy Beauregard wines purchased through the tasting room during their visit.
Do you serve food?
Beautifully curated cheese and charcuterie boards available with advanced notice. Food availability changes by season and event. The winery may host pop-ups, special pairings, or private event food options. For a standard tasting visit, guests may bring small snacks or modest outside food.
Can I bring decorations, balloons, or a cake?
Outside balloons and decorations are not permitted. If you are planning a birthday, anniversary, or small celebration, please contact the tasting room in advance so we can confirm event availability and help determine what is appropriate for your visit.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in tasting areas. Beauregard is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where fire safety and guest comfort are both important.

From Highway 1, turn inland toward Bonny Doon and follow the mountain roads to Pine Flat Road. The drive is scenic, winding, and shaded by redwoods in sections, so give yourself extra time and drive carefully.
Is there parking at the winery?
Parking is available on site in designated areas. For larger groups, shuttles, rideshares, or special parking needs, please contact the tasting room in advance.
Can buses, limos, or shuttles visit the winery?
Large vehicles should be arranged in advance. Bonny Doon roads can be narrow and winding, and groups need proper arrival planning, parking direction, and a confirmed reservation.
