Chef Chad is cooking a spring menu that follows the wines closely: Chardonnay from Bald Mountain Vineyard, Pinot Noir from Coast Grade Vineyard, and Zinfandel from Beauregard Ranch.

The tasting moves through three vineyard sites: Bald Mountain Vineyard, Coast Grade Vineyard, and Beauregard Ranch. Each wine is poured with a pairing from Chef Chad’s seasonal menu.
