Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Zayante Vineyard is farmed organically, own rooted, and dry farmed. The rare combination consistently delivers some of the finest grapes in the region. It has a dark ruby core with purple highlights. The aromas smell like black cherries, wild raspberries, white pepper and damp flowers accented with notes of vintage leather, cured meat and crushed stones. The palate is full bodied with spicy flavors red and black berries, black pepper, sandalwood and crushed stones.
